About Tails In Transit Animal Rescue
OUR IMPACT
Since May 2022, Tails in Transit Animal Rescue (formerly East Texas Hoof & Paw) has successfully transported over 700 animals to Iowa and surrounding states, offering them a better chance at adoption in areas less affected by the stray crisis.
FOSTER BASED
We do not have a physical facility and rely on the generosity of foster homes to care for our animals until they are ready for adoption.
RESCUE, REHAB, REHOME
Our focus is on rescuing animals in need, providing necessary medical care and behavioral assessments, and finding them appropriate adoptive homes.
